Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support the Human Resource staff with administrative duties in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Must Haves:

Requirements:

High School diploma or G.E.D. with equivalent experience 2+ years of administrative support, customer service, HR, and/or payroll experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

Perform clerical and administrative responsibilities, including file creation, maintenance, and retention in addition to mailing, shipping, and errands. Prioritize daily routines and be flexible to accommodate changing priorities Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
