Job Description

Red River Pharmacy is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys supporting employees, managing administrative responsibilities, and helping create a positive onboarding experience for new team members. As our company continues to grow, the HR Coordinator will play an essential role in supporting the Human Resources department through a variety of clerical and administrative functions while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all new employees. Primary Responsibilities Perform daily HR clerical and administrative duties. Coordinate and process all new hire paperwork. Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation. Assist employees with benefits enrollment and benefit-related documentation. Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files. Enter and update employee information in HR systems. Assist with employment verifications and HR correspondence. Schedule interviews, orientation sessions, and employee meetings Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous Human Resources experience is preferred . Experience with employee onboarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment is preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
