Ancillary Human Resource Coordinator (83157) Regency Corporate Office - Victoria, TX 77901 Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Category Human Resources Apply Description The Ancillary Services HR Coordinator will perform a variety of human resources administrative duties and functions for the Therapy, Senior Solutions Pharmacy, Nurse Practitioner Services of Texas, and Texas Independence Health Plan division of Regency Integrated Health Services. Job Functions can include, but are not limited to: Initiate pre-employment background, references, and license verification. Coordinate with facility Human Resource Coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding process, Process new hire paperwork to include the timely completion of I-9s Conduct virtual orientation for new hires Complete Payroll for Ancillary Employees. Post open positions for the Ancillary companies in the Applicant Tracking System. Maintain employee files, CEUs, and licensure in the HRIS system. Primary HR contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits and other HR related matters Provide HR support and guidance on performance improvement and disciplinary actions Retrieve and send Full Book information to Regionals and leadership when requested. Conduct regular audits of files and employee records. Assisting Corporate Recruiting Manager with Education Assistance tracking, follow-up, and tuition payments. Other special projects as assigned by the VP of
HR, NPST
Operations, ED of TIHP, and/or the Senior VP of Therapy Services. Qualifications An Associates Degree in Human Resources or other related field is highly preferred. At least five years of Human Resources Generalist experience is required. Experience utilizing an HRIS system. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HR policies and best practices. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook This position is typically Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and does not allow for remote workers. The employee is expected to work out of the Victoria Corporate Office. Share job details to
