1. Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day Human Resources administrative functions. 2. Conduct new-hire and employee benefits orientations. 3. Assist employees with questions and issues related to health care benefits and claims. 4. Assists with the administration of the Company's health care and 401(k) plans. 5. Support recruiting activities, including screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for entry-level positions as needed. 6. Help communicate personnel policy updates and other HR-related information to employees. 7. Assist with maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable federal and state employment regulations 8. Assist with corporate training, including identifying training needs and helping develop and implement training solutions. 9. Performs receptionist coverage as needed. 10. Assist with maintaining organized and accurate HR records and files. 11. Assist with internal audits of the Company's quality management system. 12. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems. 2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. 3. Strong organization and attention-to-detail skills. 4. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. 5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. 6. Able to read, write, and speak English.
Education:
1. High School diploma or equivalent required. 2. Previous administrative, office, or Human Resources experience preferred, but not required.
