Onsite (Ogden, UT) Job Summary The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team while helping to enhance and maintain Becklar's culture. This role provides administrative and operational support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR processes. The HR Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for employees, ensuring timely support, accurate record-keeping, and a positive employee experience. What You'll Do Assist with recruiting activities and hiring processes as needed Coordinate and support employee events, including holidays, recognition programs, and community initiatives Prepare internal communications and announcements for company events and celebrations Process HR transactions, including terminations, HRIS updates, and employee documentation Maintain and organize employee benefits and personnel files Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee questions and concerns Respond to team member inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures Process and track state licensing requirements as needed Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders Assist with offboarding processes, including updating records and documentation What You'll Need Currently enrolled in a college or university, or a recent graduate Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Ability to work part-time with flexibility in an in-office environment What's in it for you?
