- Support daily HR operations:
- Perform multiple key HR functions such as recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, labor relations, compliance, safety, and performance management, ensuring compliance with corporate HR policies and federal/local regulations +
- Foster team member engagement:
- Support employee relations initiatives such as recognition programs, special events, and engagement activities to create a positive workplace culture +
- Maintain employment data in HR systems:
- Assist with data management, track employment transitions, generate reports, and process unemployment claims +
- Ensure HR compliance:
- Adhere to all employment regulations, fair hiring practices, and company policies
