About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations. This person will help maintain employee records, onboarding processes, documentation, reporting, and scheduling while serving as a friendly first point of contact for employee questions. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and records. Assist with onboarding paperwork and documentation. Track time-off documentation and related HR requests. Support basic HR reporting and administrative tasks. Coordinate schedules, emails, meetings, and other HR-related logistics. Respond to employee questions and escalate issues when needed. Provide administrative support to the HR team. Assist employees and team members in both English and Spanish. Required Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish - MUST-HAVE HR administrative or related office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable handling confidential information. Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities. Must be available for the 8:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule.
Pay:
$30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
