Job Description

Help Build an Exceptional Hiring & Onboarding Experience at CRi CRi is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, creating organized processes, and helping candidates and new hires feel supported from interview through onboarding. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition operations, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding paperwork, facilitating orientation logistics, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience across the organization. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition Support Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers Manage recruiting trackers, hiring reports, and candidate records Support job postings and recruiting operations Prepare offer letters and onboarding communications Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks and references Onboarding & Employee Experience Manage onboarding documentation and compliance paperwork including: I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification Tax forms (W-4 and related documents) Direct deposit forms Policy acknowledgements Benefits documentation Personnel file documentation Support New Hire Orientation logistics and onboarding coordination Ensure accurate and timely completion of onboarding tasks Maintain organized and compliant employee personnel files Coordinate Day 1 communication and onboarding readiness Process Improvement & HR Coordination Support HR and recruiting projects, reporting, and process improvements Collaborate across HR, Benefits, Training, Payroll, and Operations teams Maintain data accuracy within HRIS and ATS systems Help improve workflows and candidate experience initiatives What We're Looking For 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, onboarding, or project coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities High attention to detail and confidentiality Experience with ATS, HRIS, and onboarding systems preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word) Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or high-volume environments is a plus Work Environment 100% onsite role based in Chantilly, VA Monday-Friday onsite schedule required Why Join CRi?
