If you are passionate about people, compliance, recruitment, employee engagement, and creating a strong workplace culture — we want to hear from you. This full-time opportunity is in the Chesterfield/Richmond area. What You'll Do Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and orientation for new employees Assist with recruitment for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Nurses, and Supervisors Maintain employee records and HR compliance documentation Track training, certifications, and background checks Support employee engagement and retention initiatives Targeted recruitment, screen and schedule interviews and organize career fairs Help ensure compliance with Virginia DBHDS and Medicaid staffing requirements Manage HR communication and employee support Collaborate with leadership to build a positive workplace culture Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Healthcare, Social Services, or IDD services preferred Strong organizational and communication skills (bilingual proficiency preferred). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with targeted recruiting and onboarding, in a residential setting preferred Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital HR systems Knowledge of DBHDS or Medicaid waiver services is a plus Why Join Our Team?
