This internship program is seasonal during the summer months, with a start date of May 20 th and end date of August 9 th . Specific work schedules shall be determined by the department based on internship assignment and course requirements. 35 - 40 hours. In office. Internships are non-exempt positions.
Pay:
Undergraduate Students:
$18.00 per hour Summer interns will not work more than forty (40) hours in an administrative work week
Responsibilities Program Overview:
Interns will engage in projects linked to their academic fields of Human Resources. You will rotate through all of the departments of HR at Thompson.

Interns must be currently enrolled in a program of study or a recent graduate (within 12 months) from an accredited college/university or technical/vocational institution and be in good academic standing. Transcripts are required as a supplement to this application.

Applicants must submit an essay expressing their interest in the program and what they hope to gain from their experience. The essay should be in Microsoft Word and not exceed one page. The essay is required as a supplement to this application.
Background Check:
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
