$26-33 / hour Job Description CTR Group is seeking an Administrative Generalist for a Shipyard in the Newport News, VA, area.
PAY RANGE
$26 - $33 per Hour with
Benefits Work Schedule:
7:30am - 4pm
Mon-Fri SUMMARY:
The Administrative Generalist will be responsible for onboarding employees; processing and/or approving new hires and internal transfers. Processing and reviewing background investigation reports. Sending and requesting information to internal and external customers. Coordinating appointment and start dates. Performs a variety of general personnel/clerical tasks in such areas as employee records, employment eligibility, travel coordination, and equal employment opportunity. Maintains both manual and electronic personnel records, collects and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel data and prepares reports. In accordance with compliance and procedures, furnishes information to authorized persons and/or agencies. Provides information to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and 2 years additional education and/or relevant experience.
