Overview:
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Practice Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This is a dynamic, team-based role that requires strong attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Support attorneys and the legal support team with scheduling, logistics, and administrative needs Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, lunches, and car services Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and receipt tracking Provide phone coverage for team members as needed Greet and assist visitors; coordinate onsite meeting logistics Proofread and format documents for accuracy and professionalism Maintain physical and electronic files, CRM/contact data, and assist with time entry Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Prior administrative or office support experience required; law firm or professional services experience required Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office, document management tools, and CRM systems Bachelor's degree preferred
