Job Description
The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, HRIS, reward & recognition, organizational development, and leave administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Minimum Education Associates degree in HR, business administration, a related field or combination of education and experience. Minimum Work Experience 3 years of experience in an HR support or similar role. Prior customer services experience. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Superior customer service skills. High level of organizational skills. Strong analytical and problems solving skills. Accurate and comprehensive attention to detail. Highly discreet, able to routinely handle confidential materials. Ability to recommend areas for process improvement. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS experience preferred.
