Job Description

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources team with administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, scheduling, and general HR operations. This role serves as a key support position for employees and helps maintain efficient HR processes and positive employee experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree in Human Resources, Business or related experience preferred, but not required. 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred. Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and facilitation skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced work environment. Must have good computer and analytical skills. Must have the ability to handle confidential information professionally. A valid driver's license is required and reliable transportation.
