Hourly$23.99 - $35.99 Overlake is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, with a focus on HR programs and employee services, coordination of employee recognition initiatives, HR events and meetings, and support employee-facing processes and requests. This role serves as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-service-oriented responses while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity. Full-time/40 hours per week In office Monday - Friday / 8 hour day shift Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required . Bachelor's degree preferred. Requires minimum of two years recent administrative/clerical or human resources experience. Hospital/healthcare human resources experience preferred. Experience with Workday and/or UKG Dimensions is strongly preferred. Experience with MS Office suite of products (Outlook, Excel & Word) is required . Ability to speak and understand the English language required . Demonstrated diplomacy and professional demeanor required , including the ability to present a positive public-facing image and relate to individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Organizational aptitude with attention to detail to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines required .
