Requisition Summary PACCAR is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Leave Administrator to support employees throught important moments in their work and personal lives. In this centralized role, you will manage leave administration processes, partner closely with HR teams and employees and help ensure a consistent, compliant and positive employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys building efficient processes, navigating complex leave programs and contributing to a high-performing HR organization. Job Functions / Responsibilities Manage centralized leave administration for FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD and personal leave cases using Workforce and ensuring alignment with state leaves and workers' compensation as needed
Guide employees and HR partners through leave processes with clear and timely communication
Review, maintain and distribute required leave documentation while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance
Partner closely with HR counterparts to support seamless process execution and an outstanding employee experience
Develop, document and continuously improve standard operating procedures for all leave processes
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy and strengthen reporting or process visibility
Support additional HR prokects that enhance operational effectiveness and employee support
Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resouces, Business Administration or related field required
At least 3 years of experience administering leave cases, preferably in a multi-state environment
Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, compliance and reporting requirements related to workers' compensation, state leave laws, FMLA, ADA, STD and LTD programs
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with HR data, reporting and analytics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage employees, managers and HR partners at all levels
Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
Self-starter with sound judgment, professionalism, discretion and strong interpersonal skills
