Job Description
HR and Administrative Coordinator Louws Truss is seeking a motivated and organized HR and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position is full time, 32-40 hours per week, fluctuating based on need and flexible based on availability. We are looking for someone who shares those values and takes pride in supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This role supports day-to-day office operations, including recruiting and onboarding, accounting assistance, document preparation, data entry, records management, vendor coordination, communication with employees and departments, and reception duties in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities May Include
- Supporting recruiting and hiring efforts
- Assisting with onboarding paperwork, applicant communication, and interview scheduling
- Assisting with scheduling and communication between office, sales, dispatch, and production teams
- Assisting with company notices, employee packets, and administrative coordination
- Supporting employee events and training coordination
- Providing accounting support, including data entry, document organization, and general accounting assistance
- Supporting confidential handling of employee and company information
- Assisting with data entry, documentation, and general administrative support
- Filing, scanning, organizing, and maintaining office and employee records
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Greeting visitors, applicants, customers, and vendors in a professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Additional administrative and office support duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office programs
- Previous office, administrative, accounting, or HR support experience preferred
- Manufacturing, construction, or industrial office experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish applicants are encouraged to apply
- Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Compensation Starting pay: $23.
