1225 North Autoplex Way, Pasco, WA 99301 Administrative Assistant - Accessories Department $20 - $25 Per Hour | Full-time Position We Welcome Candidates with Administrative, Office, Customer Service, Scheduling, or Coordinator Experience! Corwin Ford Tri-Cities is hiring an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our busy Accessories Department. If you enjoy keeping things organized, coordinating schedules, working with multiple departments, and making sure the details are handled correctly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This position plays an important role in helping our Accessories Department run smoothly by coordinating administrative tasks, scheduling installations, processing repair orders, and supporting both customers and the internal team. Previous dealership experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates with administrative, office, customer service, scheduling, or coordinator experience.

A Professional and Respectful Work Environment Responsibilities:
Create and process repair orders (ROs) accurately Schedule accessory installations and coordinate appointments Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and order status Coordinate with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure efficient workflow Maintain organized records and department documentation Assist with invoices, data entry, filing, and general office duties Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers as needed Support the Accessories Manager with daily administrative tasks Help keep department operations organized and running efficiently
Requirements:
Previous administrative assistant, office assistant, scheduling, coordinator, or customer service experience preferred Dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Accurate data entry and attention to detail Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
