Full Job Description Key HR Responsibilities Recruitment & Retention:

High turnover demands proactive hiring.

Compliance & Licensing:

Keeping up with federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA, FLSA, and 1-9 verification.

Onboarding & Training:

Managing required training for caregivers (dementia, sexual harassment, safety).

Employee Relations:

Supporting nursing staff through mental health resources, support groups, and sustainable schedules.

Payroll & Compensation:

Using specialized payroll systems that handle complex pay rates for home health employees. Key Roles in

Home Care HR HR Coordinator/Assistant:

Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and supporting care staff.

Scheduler/Staffing Coordinator:

Manages daily assignments and ensures compliance with care plans.

HR Director/Manager:

Handles high-level compliance and HR strategy. Client ; checking in and keeping track on them. Accepting new referrals and maintaining communication with case managers.
