Specialized Recruiting Coordinator Job Description The highly-detailed Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, detailed recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and deliver an excellent candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate candidate records, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working in a dynamic environment, and wants to broaden their experience within a top-tier, nationwide recruiting function. Responsibilities Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed. Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the hiring process. Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and ensure all related information is complete and up to date. Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email. Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports that summarize candidate status and pipeline progress. Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and distribute debrief materials to hiring teams. Identify opportunities to improve the overall candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency. Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed. Perform general administrative and coordination tasks to support the recruiting team's daily operations. Essential Skills At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role. Demonstrated experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews or meetings. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor's degree. Strong administrative experience, including managing multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders. Capability to shift priorities quickly and adapt to changing requirements. Additional Skills & Qualifications Superb customer focus with a strong commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. Comfort working as part of a collaborative recruiting team. Work Environment This 100% onsite, 9-month contract (extension or conversion possibility) role operates within a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting organization that emphasizes collaboration, responsiveness, and high-quality candidate interactions. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, frequently managing multiple interview schedules and priorities at once. The position relies heavily on standard office productivity tools, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as internal recruiting systems for tracking candidates and job postings. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
