This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and handling a variety of HR, administrative, and safety-related responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with new hire onboarding, employee paperwork, and personnel files Support recruiting efforts, including job postings and applicant communication Assist employees and managers with general HR questions Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Track required employee training, certifications, and acknowledgments Assist with workplace safety programs, inspections, and documentation Maintain safety records, incident reports, and workers' compensation documentation Help coordinate Safety Committee meetings and follow-up items Assist with employee injuries and workplace incident documentation Help ensure required safety postings, forms, and procedures are current Support HR with employee relations documentation and administrative projects Perform additional HR and safety duties as assigned Qualifications Previous administrative or HR experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is reliable, approachable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
