Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a motivated, energetic, and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to help us attract and identify great talent for our growing organization. This position is expected to work a swing-shift schedule of approximately 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM to support recruiting responsiveness and improve candidate connection during the most active application hours. What You'll Do Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, recruiting platforms, networking, and other creative recruiting methods Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that align with position requirements and company culture Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for review and interview consideration Coordinate interviews and assist in moving candidates through the hiring process Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach opportunities as needed Support recruiting and onboarding administrative processes Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting records What We're Looking For One to two years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with candidates and team members Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Passion for helping connect great people with great opportunities Benefits PTO - Paid Time Off and company-paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer contribution Paid professional and industry training Career growth opportunities within a growing organization Come join our talented and motivated team working together to provide customers with extraordinary care while serving them in their time of need—and help us continue building an amazing company culture with great people.
