Full Time, 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:30am-5pm,Monday-Friday Length:

Customer Service experience in an office setting Outgoing, positive and excited to make calls and talk with candidates and managers Must be very comfortable learning and working with various technology sources including Word and Excel knowledge Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and internal team Work well in a fast-paced environment, adapting well to unexpected issues and adapt to changing circumstancesResponsibilities:
Coordinate and confirm interview times between candidates and hiring managers Serve as a point of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering any questions they may have Assist in posting job openings on various platforms, including job boards and social media, to attract potential candidates Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating necessary paperwork Collect and analyze recruitment data to help track metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate sources, and providing reports to hiring managers Help organize and participate in recruitment fairs, information sessions, and other events to promote the company and attract talent Identify opportunities for improving the recruitment process and candidate experience, and implementing best practices Provide customer service to internal employees and managers by answering their questions and following up in a timely manner If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to clerical@flexstaff.com .
