Full Job Description Description:
Under supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the HR Assistant performs a variety of duties relating to human resources and general administration tasks. This position maintains positive contact with clients, attorneys, and staff; observes confidentiality. The HR Assistant will assist with established employee life cycle processes including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and training. The Human Resources Assistant will maintain the HRIS, employee records and documentation as needed
Requirements:
A well-qualified candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. The candidate will have experience working both independently and in a collaborative environment. Must have technical capacity to utilize various office computer applications, including Microsoft office. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related area or equivalent on-the-job experience is preferred.
