Recruiting Coordinator#26-04867 Milwaukee, WI On-site Starts 5/18/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI.

Pay Rate:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour. Under the management of the HR Services Assistant Director, this role provides high-quality coordination and customer service support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, interview teams, candidates, and other internal and external partners. This position serves as a primary point of contact throughout the interview and selection process and represents the organization professionally in all candidate interactions.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule non-executive level interviews in alignment with recruiting priorities and service level agreements (SLAs) Create a positive experience for all by following designated processes and using a variety of available tools such as Workday, Outlook, and Zoom Facilitate in-person interviews, including booking conference rooms, preparing interview materials, greeting candidates and escorting them to the interview location, and providing refreshments Assist candidates with organizing travel arrangements for interviews, as needed Coordinate candidate assessment process, helping to ensure the selection of the best person for the role Build strong relationships with partners and regularlymunicate process statuses and updates Partner with others to support Operations needs, including but not limited to: system testing, defect tracking and resolution, knowledge sharing, and vendor evaluation

Requirements:

High school diploma Minimum of two years of previous recruiting, HR or administrative experience Demonstrated superior verbal and writtenmunication skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with others Proven ability to good judgment in making independent decisions and coordinating information Demonstrated ability to independently handle multiple priorities and changing deadlines Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to responsibilities and interact harmoniously with co-workers Proven understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Attention to detail Problem-solving skills Desired skills: Applicant tracking system experience Corporate Human Resources experience HR Case Management HRIS experience, specifically with systems like Workday, HR Acuity, or Absence Soft Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
