Responsibilities Recruiting qualified hourly and salaried candidates Set up and schedule on site interviews with the Hiring Manager Complete the onboarding process Send offer letters to the candidates Requirements Proven experience in administrative roles within human resources or related fields. Knowledge of recruiting processes, employee relations practices, and performance management strategies. Professional phone skills Complete Initial phone screens Meet and greet the candidates at the door
