BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR
to join ourHUMAN RESOURCES
team! The Benefits Administrator is responsible for executing the day to day operations of the group benefits programs for Aspirus, Inc., analyzing and reporting on program utilization and trends and recommending new or improved benefit programs to support system alignment and industry best practice. The Benefits Administrator also provides excellent customer service, maintains quality plans and provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of legally compliant employee benefit programs.HOURS:
Full-Time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every 2 weeks. Experience/Qualifications Knowledge or education normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree required. Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in human resources or benefits administration, knowledge of benefit plan designs (retirement, health and welfare plans and self-funded health plans) and federal and state laws governing employee benefit plans required. PHR/SPHR or equal preferred. Critical thinking, verbal, written and public speaking competence, Microsoft Office Suite competence, analytical, and problem solving, collaborative, ability to function independently and in a team environment, ability to adapt readily to a changing healthcare environment, ability to maintain organizational confidentiality, ability to observe, listen and follow through on assigned tasks, occasional travel.
