Bridging Gapss, LLC is seeking a motivated, organized, and professional Part-Time Human Resources Specialist to join our growing team! Position Overview The HR Specialist will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining organization, and helping build a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities ✔ Assist with employee onboarding and orientation ✔ Maintain employee files and personnel records ✔ Support recruitment, interviewing, and hiring processes ✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations ✔ Assist with performance reviews and employee relations matters ✔ Track staff training, certifications, and required documentation ✔ Support payroll and scheduling administration as needed ✔ Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures ✔ Maintain confidentiality of employee information Qualifications Previous HR experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Experience with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Why Join Bridging Gapss?
