We're looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Recruiting Assistant to join our dynamic Houston team at The Reserves Network. What You'll Do The Recruiting Assistant plays a key role in supporting branch operations through recruiting, onboarding, administrative, and customer service activities. This position serves as the first point of contact for applicants, employees, clients, and visitors while helping ensure efficient, compliant, and professional branch operations .
Responsibilities include:
Provide exceptional customer service to applicants, employees, clients, and visitors. Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and assist with onboarding and employment-related inquiries. Review and process applicants, maintain job postings, and support recruiting activities. Coordinate onboarding processes, including compliance documentation and E-Verify requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems. Assist with talent audits, drug screening processes, and compliance initiatives. Support branch events, client visits, and day-to-day office operations. Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies, procedures, and professional standards. Requirements Strong organizational and administrative skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with computer systems and data entry. High attention to detail and commitment to compliance and confidentiality.
