This position is responsible to meet the goals and objectives of the organization by maintaining, supporting and enhancing the organization's talent, culture and functional excellence, while building a strong partnership with the business leaders. Responsibility to assist in the execution of HR processes, policies and programs, working closely and taking direction from the Human Resources Manager. Essential Duties and Tasks To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Administer policies & procedures Lead and support full-cycle Talent Acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination, candidate screening support, interview participation, and offer preparation Administer Onboarding and Orientation Processes following all Federal, Local and Company requirements Support and participate in employee engagement planning and initiatives, including recognition programs, communication efforts, engagement events, and initiatives Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems Assist in the Performance Management, employee relations and audit Processes Supports the administration of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit programs Prepares reports as requested by leadership teams All other duties as assigned Qualifications, Education and Experience Associate degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred; or two (2+) plus years related experience and / or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two. Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook. Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information. Exceptional time management and organization skills. Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options. Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment. Hearing protection, safety shoes and vision protection as required on production floor. This role operates in a professional office environment that requires some exposure to a manufacturing environment. Employee is rarely exposed to non-toxic/nuisance smells from chemicals, airborne dust, moving mechanical parts, high noise levels and hot/humid environmental conditions in the manufacturing area. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
