Join our dynamic team where you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our client network. Your role will involve ensuring the satisfaction of our key accounts and driving new sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional service to established clients Oversee team performance and activity metrics Train and mentor new team members on systems and processes Manage daily reports of field activities using Salesforce CRM Focus on client management and growth strategies Develop leadership skills within the team Prioritize and allocate tasks effectively Engage with the community and build strong relationships Meet deadlines and manage time effectively Thrive in dynamic work environments Stay current with industry trends and apply best practices to our HR processes Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluation, and feedback Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with all applicable laws and regulations Manage employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans Handle all aspects of employee onboarding, including paperwork, training, and orientation Conduct interviews and review resumes to identify qualified candidates Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent Qualifications Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a teamTop Skills:
