Duties Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent using HR sourcing tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or SAP SuccessFactors. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires into the organization. Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance management systems and regular feedback cycles to promote continuous development. Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, restructuring, or process improvements with clear communication and stakeholder engagement. Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) compliance to ensure employee well-being and legal adherence. Coordinate training & development sessions to enhance workforce skills, leadership capabilities, and succession planning efforts. Ensure regulatory compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and HR legal requirements through diligent policy updates and staff training. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of HR department operations. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, workforce management, and organizational design. Proficiency in HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos, Dayforce or similar platforms; advanced skills in Excel data analysis are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management, affirmative action planning, conflict management, and personnel administration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally while fostering positive employee relations. Experience with project management methodologies to lead initiatives like benefits administration or HRIS implementations effectively. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection, data entry, and administrative tasks.
