  • , you will be responsible for:
  • Providing expert human resources guidance and support to our multi-facility skilled nursing operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develops and implements human resources strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conducts needs assessments, develops, and implements training programs for employees at all levels, focusing on effective communication, customer service, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborates with facility leaders to develop and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies, improving overall job satisfaction and reducing turnover.
  • Conducts investigations and resolves employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, and ADA.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
