Human Resources Manager - Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

Full-Time | Exempt We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team at a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Northwest Arkansas. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day human resources operations that support a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. The HR Manager partners closely with leadership to build a strong workforce by overseeing recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in creating a positive workplace culture while ensuring the organization remains compliant with employment regulations and healthcare workforce requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract and retain high-quality employees across healthcare, dining, facilities, and administrative departments Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns Coordinate leadership development and employee training programs to strengthen supervisory skills and professional growth Administer HR policies, benefits programs, and employee engagement initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare workforce regulations Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and organizational initiatives that promote operational excellence and quality resident care Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive HR experience; healthcare or senior living experience preferred Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred Full-Time Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of our employees, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including short-term disability Retirement plan with employer contribution or match Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability coverage Employee assistance program (EAP) About Us Our CCRC in Northwest Arkansas is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to our residents.
