Manufacturing Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day human resources functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will work closely with employees and management across both office and production operations, providing HR support while ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment, interacting with employees at all levels, addressing employee relations matters, supporting recruitment and retention efforts, and maintaining a strong focus on workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
