Job Description

About us We are an outpatient facility providing mental health services via school-based settings and in our clinic in Nashville, Arkansas.
Position Title:
Human Resources Manager The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing al aspects of the employment lifecycle, year-round staff, as well as contractors and sub-contractors. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for supporting management through the provision of human resources direction and mentoring team members by developing HR guidelines and enforcing organizational values.
Responsibilities include:
Creation of job descriptions. Managing the hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, drafting offer letters; •Managing the on-boarding process for new employees; Maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files; Completing and submitting paperwork to external agencies including worker's compensation claims, unemployment claims, verification of employment, etc.; Maintaining the employee handbook and organizational staffing Overseeing the annual employee review process; Ensuring management actions conform to employee handbook and labor laws; Creating policies and procedures; Tracking employee performance documentation; Assist in the preparation and submittal of payroll and vouchers as approved using the data entry systems and programs in place. Assist therapist with getting credentialed on insurance boards Addressing personnel-related issues. Participating in disciplinary and termination meetings. Organizing al staff trainings and meetings Participating ni the interview and hiring process of new staff Edward Jones/Benefits packages for staff
