Compensation:

Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locationsProvide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concernsSupport recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiativesOversee employee benefits administration and manage relationships with external vendorsPartner with internal stakeholders on HR systems, employee records, and payroll-related processesEnsure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate personnel documentation and support audit readiness effortsAssist with employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development initiativesIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance the employee experienceSupport organizational growth, change management, and other strategic people initiatives
