Job Description
COMPENSATION
Facilitation pay: $35/hour • 2-3 work-readiness sessions per week • 3 hours each Guaranteed weekly income from day one: $210-$315/weekCommission:
15-20% of gross profit per account you bring in — ongoing, residual, no cap What does that look like? Place 10 workers at $15/hr at a 45% markup and you're generating ~$2,700/week in gross profit from one account.Your share:
$405-$540/week. Build a book of 4-5 accounts and $80,000-$100,000+ annually is realistic. You sell it, we staff it, you keep earning from it.ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
Level Up is a 501(c)(3) workforce development organization that actively places job seekers into employment across warehouse/logistics, food service, hospitality, and retail. Our labor pool consists of motivated individuals transitioning from homelessness, detox, or incarceration — people who are ready to work and need an employer willing to give them a real shot. We are not a training program. We are an active placement organization with workers ready to go. We need a closer — someone who can open doors with employers, build lasting relationships, and grow a book of accounts while genuinely connecting with the people we serve. You sell it. We fulfill it. You own it. You keep earning from it.WHAT YOU WILL DO
Prospect and close new employer accounts in warehouse, logistics, food service, hospitality, and retail Own and manage every account you bring in — full relationship accountability Facilitate 2-3 work-readiness sessions per week (3 hours each) with our candidate pool covering skills inventory, resume building, workplace norms, and employer expectations Leverage your existing employer relationships to generate placements immediately Coordinate with Level Up's internal placement team on fulfillment — you manage the relationship, we handle recruiting and placement logistics Represent Level Up with professionalism and authentic investment in the people we serveWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3-5+ years in staffing sales or business development — light industrial, warehouse, food service, or hospitality preferred An active or recently active book of employer relationships — this is non-negotiable, we are not training someone to build from scratch Solid understanding of gross profit, markup, bill rates, and pay rates — you know how staffing margins work Genuine comfort working with people in transition — formerly incarcerated, in recovery, or housing-insecure Self-directed and commission-motivated — you do not need to be managed, you need space to perform Strong communicator equally at home in a client meeting and a room of 12 job seekersTHIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF
