$95,000•$110,000 per year Job Details•We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function at our Mesa, AZ facility. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll own the full HR strategy and day-to-day operations for the site. You'll be a trusted member of the leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals while building a culture where employees feel valued and engaged. This role balances strategic HR planning with hands-on management, you'll be equally comfortable presenting workforce analytics to executives and coaching an employee through a challenging situation. You'll manage a small but dynamic HR department and serve as the primary HR business partner to site leadership, directly influencing the success of our operations.Responsibilities:
Lead employee relations initiatives including coaching, conflict resolution, workplace investigations, and performance management to foster a positive workplace culture Own recruitment strategy and execution: source and interview candidates, manage offer processes, and build relationships with educational partners for our internship program Manage all aspects of leave administration (FMLA, STD, LTD, personal leave) and handle employee benefits inquiries and annual open enrollment Create, maintain, and analyze HR metrics and reports covering headcount, compensation, benefits enrollment, and workforce demographics to support data-driven decision-making Develop and implement employee engagement and development programs that align with company values and support career growth Partner with leadership on HR strategy, policy development, and organizational planning to support business growth and operational excellenceQualifications:
5+ years of HR experience; HR Manager-level experience preferred Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and employment regulations Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Prior experience managing HR staff or direct reports (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR regulations (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident); we are unable to provide sponsorship A bit about us:•We are a global leader in designing and manufacturing advanced electrical components for the aviation and commercial aerospace industry, with over a century of innovation and industry expertise.
