Job Summary We are seeking an HR People Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, delivering practical HR solutions that enhance workforce performance, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with leaders on employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, organizational change, and HR program implementation. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to provide HR consulting, coaching, and data-driven workforce solutions.
  • Support employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, attendance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Drive talent initiatives including workforce planning, retention, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Support organizational changes, culture initiatives, and business transformations.
  • Provide guidance on compensation, recognition, and rewards programs.
  • Manage employee cases through HR service platforms and resolve issues effectively.
  • Communicate HR policies, programs, and best practices to employees and leaders.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Legal, and business stakeholders. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience preferred.
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
  • Union/labor relations experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with HR systems, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
