Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as a business partner, working closely with leadership and employees to build a thriving and inclusive culture that aligns with company goals. This role goes beyond traditional HR functions, serving as a mentor and advisor while developing initiatives in talent, engagement, and organizational development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and people managers, delivering innovative HR concepts and processes to follow Align HR goals with company objectives through comprehensive planning and coordination Lead employee relations efforts and foster a positive, inclusive work culture Drive talent management by identifying and addressing current and future workforce needs Support performance management initiatives including goal setting, reviews, and development planning Collaborate on training and development programs to upskill employees in both sales and non-sales positions Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws through updated HR policies and procedures Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding for smooth transitions Support organizational change and growth with effective change management policies Lead improvements in recruitment processes and interview facilitation Provide senior management with data-driven HR reports and presentations Perform additional duties as requested by leadership
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, organizational development, or related field 2-3 years of experience resolving complex employee relations matters Proven success in change management initiatives and working with Sales leadership to meet KPI targets Solid understanding of multiple HR disciplines (recruitment, compliance, L&D, employee relations, benefits, and compensation planning) Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Excellent decision-making and business acumen in working with C-suite executives Ability and willingness to travel 20-30% for company-related events, meetings, or projects
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree required SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred
