This role is responsible for translating HR strategy into effective execution at the site level, supporting organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and day‑to‑day people operations. As a newly opened facility, the Arvin DC presents a unique opportunity to help shape the foundation of the workforce and culture. The Facility HR Manager plays a central role in building the talent acquisition approach, establishing community partnerships, and setting the standard for employee experience and engagement. This position leads all core HR activities for the site, including employee development, employee and labor relations, policy and interpretation, compensation administration, and legal and regulatory compliance. The role is accountable for the full HR service and value chain for the facility and may directly manage HR team members, with responsibility for coaching, developing, and leading direct reports.

Key Outputs/Deliverables:
Execute HR Strategy (40%) Leading the coordination and execution of workforce planning for the DC. Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure to drive superior performance. Providing alternate solutions on business issues to achieve the most effective solutions while considering the Nestlé principles, policies, and business unit goals. Leading the overall Human Resources service delivery to the business through the HR department while helping to shape the culture that facilitates and supports Nestlé's goals and initiatives Providing counsel and guidance to Leadership on all people management and development and perform investigations when required. Driving the alignment and execution of key people strategies that attract, train, and retain employees to support the organization's short- and long-term business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field preferred or equivalent professional experience. Master's Degree level preferred in Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Communication, or Industrial Psychology field. PHR or SPHR throughHRCI/SHRM
certification strongly preferred. 7+ years' HR Business Partner experience Experience in an HR Generalist role in a production facility or distribution center environment preferred Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws, Investigation Skills, HR technical knowledge in EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, unemployment, and workers' compensation. 10% Travel The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good-faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
