Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Process Lead responsible for assisting shift supervisor in plant operations and oversee assigned areas. What You Will Need:

Must have a positive attitude and work well with others. Must follow company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Must be able to work overtime or Saturdays depending on business need. Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

What Will Set You Apart:

Forklift certification. High School Diploma. Experience leading in a warehouse environment. Computer skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
