The HR Business Partner role will play a vital role in handling employee relations and investigation issues. The HR Business Partner role will play an integral spot in working with high level leaders.

•  The HR Business Partner will work with senior leaders to development HR policies to support business growth.
•  The HR Business Partner will work to identify employee relations issues and to recommend employment action.
•  The HR Business Partner will deliver resolution strategies for workplace issues.
•  The HR Business Partner will be responsible for facilitating new hire orientations.
•  The HR Business Partner will be responsible for maintaining legal requirements.
•  The HR Business Partner must have a Bachelor's degree and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Compensation and Benefits:
