- The HR Business Partner will work with senior leaders to development HR policies to support business growth.
- The HR Business Partner will work to identify employee relations issues and to recommend employment action.
- The HR Business Partner will deliver resolution strategies for workplace issues.
- The HR Business Partner will be responsible for facilitating new hire orientations.
- The HR Business Partner will be responsible for maintaining legal requirements.
- The HR Business Partner must have a Bachelor's degree and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
