We are seeking an experienced and driven Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our Corporate Office in Commerce, California. This position will work closely with our CEO and executive leadership team to support approximately 40 internal employees across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing HR policies, procedures, compliance programs, and employee relations initiatives while partnering with multiple departments to support our continued growth. Key Responsibilities Manage all internal employee onboarding and offboarding processes Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and HR documentation Conduct employee coaching, performance management, and corrective actions Manage employee relations matters, investigations, and terminations Create, implement, and maintain Employee Handbooks Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), HR policies, and best practices Ensure compliance with federal, California, Georgia, and New York employment laws Partner with Payroll, Recruiting, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership teams Maintain personnel records and HR compliance documentation Support organizational growth, employee engagement, and leadership initiatives Recommend and implement HR process improvements and compliance programs QualificationsRequired Bilingual in English and Spanish 5+ years of Human Resources experience Experience supporting a staffing agency or high-growth organization Proven experience creating and maintaining Employee Handbooks Strong experience developing SOPs, policies, and internal procedures Experience handling employee coaching, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations Strong knowledge of California labor laws; multi-state experience preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work directly with executives and maintain confidentiality Preferred Multi-state HR experience (California, Georgia, and New York) SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Work Location This position is based at our Corporate Office in Commerce, California and will work closely with company leadership to support internal operations and company growth.
