The HR Manager oversees the company's workforce operations, ensuring excellent employee experience. This position acts as a bridge between management and employees to implement policies, manage talent, and ensure legal compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate all stages of the hiring process, including posting recruitment, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and managing candidate communication. Prepare job offer letters and onboarding documents. Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure efficient onboarding experience. HR Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Oversee HR reporting, metrics, and audits. Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices. Process employee changes (promotions, transfers, terminations) in HRIS. Employee Support Serve as a point of contact for employee questions about policies, benefits, or HR procedures. Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and conduct investigations. Assist with benefits enrollment and changes. Analyze salary trends. Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and communications. Payroll & Timekeeping Support Assist with timecard tracking, attendance inquiries, and payroll data collection. Coordinate with payroll or accounting teams to ensure accuracy.
