Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top candidates aligned with organizational needs. Manage 20-25 employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting misconduct investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious work environment. Oversee performance management programs including employee evaluations, goal setting, and development plans to enhance workforce productivity. Ensure regulatory compliance across employment law, OSHA safety standards, FMLA regulations, and HR legal requirements through rigorous policy implementation. Supervise office operations including facilities management, supply procurement, and administrative support to ensure an efficient workspace. Lead change management initiatives and process improvements that align with strategic planning goals while managing budgets effectively. Develop training & development programs to foster employee growth and succession planning strategies that support long-term organizational stability. Manage team leadership responsibilities by supervising HR staff and coordinating efforts with senior leadership to drive organizational objectives. Skills Bilingual English/ Spanish Proven experience supervising HR teams with a focus on employee orientation, performance management, and employee relations management. Deep understanding of employment & labor law including
FMLA, OSHA
standards, workers' compensation regulations, and HR legal compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills for presentations, training sessions, conflict management discussions, and strategic planning meetings. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing human resources policies effectively. Experience managing human resources teams with a focus on process improvement and strategic thinking in HR leadership roles. Competence in managing contracts related to employment terms or vendor relationships within the HR scope.
