Staffing / Logistics / Warehouse Executive Recruiting Center (ERC Staffing) is seeking an experienced Onsite Staffing Manager to manage staffing operations for one of our logistics clients in Fontana, CA. This position requires someone who is highly organized, bilingual, comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment, and experienced managing a large temporary workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the day-to-day operations of approximately 50-100 employees Serve as the primary liaison between ERC Staffing, the client, and assigned employees Recruit, screen, interview, onboard, and place qualified candidates Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on client needs Manage employee attendance, call-offs, replacements, and scheduling Handle employee relations and basic disciplinary matters Maintain accurate employee records and perform daily data entry Track attendance, headcount, assignments, and staffing activity Assist with timecard and payroll verification Communicate staffing updates and employee concerns to management Conduct employee check-ins and follow up on performance concerns Assist with new-hire orientations and safety training Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures Document workplace incidents and immediately escalate injuries or safety concerns Maintain professional and consistent communication with client management Prepare reports and provide regular updates to ERC management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bilingual English/Spanish - Required Previous staffing or recruiting experience - Required Experience managing 50-100+ employees Strong data entry and computer skills Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred Working knowledge of workplace safety practices Experience with attendance management, employee relations, and documentation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with both employees and client management Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately

COMPENSATION

$23.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience Candidates with previous staffing-agency onsite management experience, high-volume recruiting experience, and logistics/warehouse experience are strongly encouraged to apply. (ERC Staffing)
