What You'll Do:
✔ Lead all aspects of Human Resources including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compensation, compliance, performance management, and leadership development. ✔ Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and drive workforce planning. ✔ Coach leaders through employee challenges and organizational growth. ✔ Foster an engaging workplace culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. ✔ Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws while helping modernize HR processes. Someone Who:
Has 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex people challenges. Is a strong coach, communicator, and relationship builder.
