Our client is a long-established, nationally recognized staffing and solutions firm known for organic growth and a growing solutions/SOW capability. We're hiring a Market Director to lead and grow the LA/OC business-driving new revenue while coaching and scaling a local team. What You Will Do Own market revenue, growth strategy, and client expansion across staffing and solutions/SOW Personally drive new client development and senior-level relationships Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and sales talent (player/coach) Partner with delivery/recruiting to ensure execution and retention Build pipeline, forecast accurately, and manage performance against goals Expand solutions penetration aligned to leadership's growth targets What We're Looking For Proven staffing sales leadership with measurable market growth results Ability to sell staffing + SOW/solutions (or a credible path to it) Strong client-facing presence; can operate at VP/C-level when needed Track record building and leading teams in a competitive market Hands-on, high-urgency leader (not purely managerial) Required Skills Staffing sales, team leadership, strategic account growth, consultative selling What You Get Base $175K-$225K (per notes) + strong upside (details TBD) A market with an existing book and team in place The opportunity to build something meaningful in a key West Coast territory Job Number 7986
